General Terms:
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Please write in a clear and nice manner as well as providing neat references and not just paragraphs of text.
Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs and failure to follow the rules provided I have the right to decline your commission.
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork and the preparation materials (WIPs, bases, design, etc.) used to create the artwork, which means that I am allowed to stream the commission, post it on social media and on my portfolio, and use it to promote myself (unless stated otherwise).
I, the artist, reserve the right to repurpose and use any work that had resulted in a cancellation
Artwork cannot be claimed as your own, use them for NFTs, use them for AI learning, or resell/redistribute the work in any way.
All commission deliveries will be in the digital format and the client understands that there is no physical goods to be delivered

Payment:
Please be advised that complex designs can increase the payment.
All commissions must all be paid in full upfront.
The currency accepted is USD $.
An invoice is sent to your paypal (or be redirected to my ko-fi commission link) once everything is agreed upon and must be paid within 48hrs.
Chargebacks and disputes are not allowed in any case (during and/or after completion of commission and delivery)
No refunds, except in the case that I cannot complete the commission (in which the client will receive a full refund)
Any cancellations after payment (before delivery) will be subjected to fees and the client can only receive a partial refund on their payment
→ 90% before starting
→ 50% after starting on the commission [working phase]
→ 0% after establishing overall final layout and design [finalizing phase]
Rush order base rate of +$10 up to +200% of total commission order depending on commission type, complexity, and time to deadline
If through Paypal, please note that at the end of your order, a +5% tax and 0.49 a fixed Paypal fee will be added. It's due to paypal's fees.
USAGE AND LICENSE:
Only the client is allowed to use the commissioned work (unless stated otherwise).
Clients can use the work for streaming and promotional purposes across all streaming and SNS platforms (Twitch, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
For other commercial use and license types or corporate commissions, please contact me as additional fees may apply.
PRIVACY:
I will attribute/mention/tag the client when posting and streaming the commission (please let me know if you would like to be anonymous or untagged)
Please let me know if you want to keep your references private (no additional fees charged for this)
The entire commission working process can be kept private for +50% of the total order amount (does not include the final work, will discuss proper posting time with clients beforehand)
GENERAL WORKFLOW:

Finalizing phase: coloring and shading ― usually noted after WIPs.
Completion: files are sent via email or ko-fi DMs.

General terms and info for both premade and custom commission:
Payment signifies that you have read, understood and agree to all of the terms and info outlined in this section. By agreeing to these terms for premade or custom commissions, you understand you take full responsibility for any actions that could be taken against your account by FFXIV Staff.
I do not accept commissions with a fixed deadline.
I do not take any Out of Bound or Void Commissions.
I will only use the ground floor of the house, regardless of the size.
I do these commissions solo, so please be patient with me.
Some designs may include specialty furniture that are only obtainable through Bozja, PVP, Doman Enclave, etc. Please ensure that you have access to those items or able to obtain them.
You are responsible for getting all the furniture and dyeing it unless discussed otherwise .
Please note that completion typically ranges from 3 weeks to 3 months. Delays may occur due to other commitments (e.g., work, stream events, collaborations, raids, health, etc.).
For premade commission:
I am primarily based in NA Datacenter.
All base rates and labor fees must be paid before I start the commission.
I will only make minor changes to the decor of a premade design. These could be either changing out lights, or simply just removing furniture. I will not be making major modifications such as redoing a whole room. Added fees will be applied.
If you'd like me to supply all the craftable furniture and dyes, you could opt to pay the crafting and gathering labor fees with your corresponding house size.
I will NOT redo a work for free if you relocate houses no matter how short amount of time after I finished building it. I am not responsible for any furniture issues once the build has been finished.
For custom commission:
All payments must be made upfront.
Up to 3 major revisions could be made. This includes redoing the bedroom, living room, etc. Keep in mind that revisions would take up time depending of how big of a revision it is.
In the case you would like to cancel an order, refunds are only issued based on the work done. Ex. If I've finished about half the work, then you'd be refunded half the amount.
Design styles I've done before: Modern, Minimalist, Cottage Core, Eastern Styles but I am open to discuss anything that spark my interest. Do keep in mind that styles that I am not familiar with may take a little bit more time as I strive to learn how to create the discussed style.
PRIVACY:
You are always welcome to keep the area of your house as Private from my housing portfolio. However, I MUST be allowed to take photos for my portfolio and social media, no exceptions.
USAGE & LICENSE:
Please refrain from altering the design for the first 2~3 weeks as I aim to showcase it to friends. You are free to alter it once the time has lapsed.
If you have altered the design, please credit me for the original design
You are not allowed to re-sell any of my designs.
Unless otherwise stated, I will assume the copyrights to my design and the right to use them as a ready made design. This applies to both work in-progress and finished designs.
All custom commissions are to be sold as premade unless a privacy fee is made.

Having a CARRD account is required. This is the only way I can transfer the site to you.
